Happy New Year

As we closed out 2025, we just wanted to say thank you.

When we started Contrast, we had a clear vision: to create a sanctuary where people can practice an intentional wellness program that cultivates mental clarity, inner connection, and resilience.

Contrast exists because of you. In 2025, we guided 350+ people like you to cultivate presence and helped shape a modality that supports cleansing the mind and body in a noisy world that constantly asks us to do more. Your feedback, stories, and thoughtful critiques make us better. We’re grateful for all of it.

Thank you for trusting us with something as personal as sitting with your inner self. We’re excited to keep evolving Contrast with you in 2026.

Wishing you and your loved ones a healthy, peaceful, and happy new year.

We’re back in 2026 with weekly classes at Alchemy Springs, and we’ll be announcing mobile sauna dates at Aquatic Park soon.
