Safety and accessibility come first with pre-event orientation. Your group/team leaves with breathing cues and a repeatable mindset framework they can use while under pressure.
What’s provided:
• Short orientation
• Mobile Sauna
• Guided contrast therapy practice
• 3 rounds alternating between heat (~15 minutes) and ocean plunging (~2 minutes)
• Ocean plunging with clear safety checks
• Shower to rinse off
• Secure area to store belongings
• Pop-up privacy tent for changing
• Bathroom near site
• Drinkable water
• Sauna hat
